2. Harmful Components in Seafood
Seafood is always recommended by nutritionists, since they are packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids. But, some fish, like swordfish, mackerel, tilefish etc. may contain high levels of dangerous metals adsorbed in their bodies. 6. Let the Chocolate Be Black!
Research has proved time and again, that moderate consumption of cocoa is good for health. The phytonutrients found in cocoa increase blood flow to the brain, thus ranking as a major brain-energizing ingredient. 7. Modern Wheat
The wheat that we consume today has been genetically manipulated to increase its inherent properties of nutrition and resistance.
